Another update today... fixed some cookie issues, removed some cruft, fixed a couple things.

Fixed the upload... SQL structure changed a little... 3 unused columns were removed from the user table: cookie_version, website and salt. And a 32 long varchar column was added after reset_password called token. The new upload has a SQL import file for the new structure.
