I'm vaping nicotine only now. It's only been a few days, but the cravings are gone... the past few months, I have HATED cigarettes and weed, eventually I just wanted to quit.

After 3 days on vapes, I felt worse than cigarettes, after 4 days it was no better so I don't think vapes work for me.

I've smoke a few cigarettes on 2 of the past 6 days (about 10 cigarettes.) I'm still vaping and trying to get used to it.
